These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any purchase of digital products from Mr ken Dono (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
All products sold are digital music downloads (albums/tracks). No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated.
After successful payment, you will receive access to a download link on the confirmation page and/or by email.
If you do not receive your link, check spam/junk and contact kendjidono88@mail.com with your order number.
To prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing:
Each purchase allows a maximum of 3 total downloads
Downloads must be completed within 7 days (1 week) of purchase
After 3 downloads are used or 7 days have passed, access may expire automatically.
If you have a legitimate technical problem (wrong email, corrupted file, link not working), contact us and we will try to assist.
When you purchase a digital album/track, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for personal listening only.
You may:
Download and listen on your personal devices
Keep a personal backup for your own use
You may NOT:
Re-sell, share, distribute, or upload the files publicly
Post the album/tracks for free download
Use the music commercially (ads, films, apps, monetized content) without written permission

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered and/or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
We may consider refunds only for:
Duplicate charges for the same order
Non-delivery where we cannot provide access
Defective/corrupted file where we cannot provide a working replacement
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing MrkenDono@gmail.com with the order number.
All prices are listed in [CAD / your currency] unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable rules. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout, including a valid email address for delivery.
We reserve the right to:
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse
Block access for repeated attempts to bypass download limits
Restrict service to protect the store, the artist, and customers
All music, artwork, logos, and content on the Site belong to Mr Ken Dono or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.
We provide the Site and digital products “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to ensure smooth delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside our control (internet issues, email filtering, platform outages).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or digital downloads.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply based on your location.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site and become effective upon posting.
